  One of the best parts of the week is being able to go to institute. It helps me keep going in life. And on top of the spiritual uplift there is a wonderful social environment including food and games. Even if you can't always make it to class you are welcomed.

  Sandy institute is a great place to go and learn about God our Father and Jesus Christ. In classes we learn truths about heaven and hell and come to understand it better. Classes have increased my relationship with my family and friends. I make friends, get dates and feel the spirit. Oh yeah, there free food too. The teachers are inspired and full of love. What a marvalous place to be.
  Come to forum on Wednesday at 830 pm. This is where we Get the privilege to listen to speakers that have accomplished much in there lives. See you soon!!

  The institute is a great place to be. There are classes every day, and every weeknight. My favorite class is the institute forum series on Wednesday nights at 8:30. I know why so many people on here are recommending it; because it is the highlight of my week. Great speakers, and often discussions with those in attendance. Plus, the variety of topics covered means every week I learn something new. As someone mentioned before, there is always food as well. I highly recommend going to institute.
